Delivery Information

DELIVERY INFORMATION PAGE

Trustmark Stationery Stores has a comprehensive delivery service to enable us to deliver our products to you wherever you are in the UK.

 

CREDIT ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS

If you have an approved credit account with Trustmark Stationery Stores then delivery is free of charge and next day.    However we would request that your order is of a ‘reasonable’ value.

In certain areas if your order is placed early enough in the day and we have stock and if your requirement is urgent we will endeavour to deliver the very same day.

Standard delivery is next working day.  Please place your order before 5pm to ensure efficient service.  Please by aware that whilst we strive to make all items available to you for next day delivery there may be occasions when an item is out of stock.  We will try to send a suitable alternative or advise you of a delivery date.  Certain items such as furniture may require a longer lead time. 

Certain less central areas may require a longer time for us to reach them.

 

NON CREDIT ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS

All orders over the value of £50.00 (excl. vat) are delivered free of charge on a next working day basis if ordered before 5pm the previous working day. Please be aware that whilst we strive to make all items available to you for next day delivery there may be occasions when an item is out of stock.  We will try to send a suitable alternative or advise you of a delivery date.  Certain items such as furniture may require a longer lead time.

For orders less than the value of £50.00 (excl. vat) then a nominal delivery charge of £6.00 (inc. vat) to cover packaging/postage/carrier charges will be made.

Certain less central areas may require a longer time for us to reach them.

 

IN STORE COLLECTIONS

No minimum order – just ring/email/place order on website and we’ll prepare it ready for you to collect. Parking is available directly outside our store.

 

HEAVY ITEMS, SPECIALS, FURNITURE AND NON-STANDARD DELIVERIES

Certain items may require special delivery arrangements, including (but not limited to) furniture, seating, safes, extra heavy loads. Some items such as water, glass and aerosols etc aren’t always covered by standard carrier deliveries and may incur extra charges.

There may also be additional delivery charges for some areas e.g. Central London or Channel Islands.

This is reviewed on an order by order basis and in such circumstances special delivery charges may be incurred. However, you will be advised and your approval sought before any arrangements are put into place. Please feel free to contact us before placing your order if you have any queries. 

 

FURNITURE INSTALLATIONS

Furniture installations can be professionally undertaken to ensure a full package to you from design to installation.  We will assemble your new furniture and even take away the rubbish and packaging for recycling.  Please contact us for full details on 01443 238668 or enquiries@trustmark.uk.com
