GENERAL RETURNS POLICY AND PRICING

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under any relevant legislation.

The general returns policy does not apply to cancelled orders or faulty items – please refer to Cancellations and Faulty Items for further information on this.

Any return or exchange of unwanted goods must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase and must have been agreed and arranged with Trustmark Stationery Stores prior to the return. This includes any substitute items supplied as a result of any product being out of stock.

Goods returned must also be in perfect condition suitable for resale, unopened and in their original packaging along with any free gifts associated to the original order. Products sold in sealed packaging, such as CDs, DVDs and ink cartridges, should remain sealed when returned or exchanged. Should items not be received in an acceptable condition, Trustmark Stationery Stores has the sole discretion not to accept the return of the goods, or to reduce the credit offered for the item(s).

Any non-returnable goods sold will only be accepted at the discretion of Trustmark Stationery Stores. Special/custom-made orders cannot be returned for credit.  For reasons of Health & Safety, consumable food and drink products cannot be accepted for return.

Credit account customers enjoy our free returns/collection service. All other customers are responsible for the return of the good(s) by special delivery only or can opt to pay for the returns cost that is arranged by Trustmark Stationery Stores. Trustmark Stationery Stores takes no responsibility for the goods whilst in the buyer’s possession or whilst in return transit.

Any credit/exchange or refund will only be agreed upon satisfactory inspection of the returned items and will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

 

CANCELLATION RIGHTS (CONSUMERS ONLY):

In accordance to the Distance Selling Regulations, the buyer is entitled to cancel qualifying orders at any time during the 7 working days after they have received the item(s). This is providing the buyer has given written notification of cancellation within that time period.

The DSRs do not apply to flowers and plants, made to measure items, or items that contain fresh or perishable food.

The buyer must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession and arrangements for the return of any goods must be agreed by Trustmark Stationery Stores Ltd prior to the return.

The return of the goods will be handled in accordance to our returns policy.

 

CANCELLATION RIGHTS (TRADE ONLY):

Orders for stock products may be cancelled prior to the despatch of goods. Non-stock products can only be cancelled with the written agreement of Trustmark Stationery Stores and may incur a handling charge relative to the goods on order.

 

PRICING

It is our company policy to offer the most competitive prices wherever possible. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, Trustmark Stationery stores reserves the right to revise the price of goods at any time. However, Trustmark stationery Stores will endeavour to notify the buyer of any price amendment prior to any commitment to buy. 

The prices seen on the website are WEB PRICES ONLY. If you wish to order a product listed on our site without using our online ordering facility, you must quote the prices on the website when placing that order. No changes will be made retrospectively and no refunds will be given for any difference. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

For NON-ELECTRICAL goods. In accordance to the Sale of Goods Act, if a fault is detected with any of the products sold the buyer should report it immediately to Trustmark Stationery Stores. Trustmark Stationery Stores will arrange for the return of the item(s) and investigate the fault. If satisfied that the fault existed prior to the sale of goods, Trustmark Stationery Stores will offer an appropriate exchange. A refund will only be provided whereby the product has been returned within a reasonable amount of time after purchase/after the defect was detected.

In the case of ELECTRICAL GOODS, please consult your warrantee documentation and contact the manufacturer or relevant service partner directly.
